CD Just

It's here! Our new CD--"Just a Matter of Time" is back from the plant, and
ready for shipping! It has been a long wait--but we feel it was worth it,
and are very proud of the CDs quality. We feel very lucky to have had some
great musicians adding their talents to our project. Seth Connelly, our
producer, plays bass on most of the tracks. Billy Novick plays tenor and
alto sax, as well as clarinet. Lissa Schneckenberger plays violin and Steve
Clements drums-and Kevin McIsaac and Debbie Ross sing, all of which will
adds a lot of variety and excitement to the CD.

We have set Sunday, September 8th as the date for our "official" CD release
party/concert, at the Mozaic Room coffeehouse ( www.mozaicroom.org ) and
almost all of the musicians who play on the CD will be there to perform with
us that night! In the meantime, to get your own copy in advance of that
release date, simply write a check payable to: Steve Gretz, and mail it to
P.O. Box 643, Mansfield, MA 02048. Cost of the CD is $15 (plus $2 for
shipping and handling)

BIRCHES (Bill Morrissey) A bittersweet ballad about a couple that has been
together a long time.

I WILL BE HERE (Pierce Pettis) A song about true friendship, in the midst of
artificial and shallow relationships.

ICE DROPS (Doug Arnold) An instrumental that captures the spirit of
"unlocking" or beginning to thaw frozen emotions.

JUST A MATTER OF TIME (Arnold & Gretz) A song about seeing the light at the
end of the tunnel. "Love knows we deserve something better/ As love grows,
you know it won't let us down."

MY DAD TOLD ME (©2002 Steve Gretz) A satirical look at growing up as a child of
the Cold War.

NIGHT FOG (Lisa McCormick) A beautiful song about the peace of mind that
comes with letting go.

ONCE UPON A TIME (Doug Arnold) Based in imagery taken from Native American
creation stories, a song about finding our place in the cosmos.

SEIZE THESE DAYS (©2002 Steve Gretz) We take so much for granted in this life.
"I've got to seize these days/ I've wasted too much time/ But I can learn to
live these moments from the heart/ and make them truly mine..."

STATIONS (Doug Arnold) An original setting for the traditional "God Bless
America" combined with a call for honesty and openness.

WHAT YOU SEEK (Doug Arnold) Sometimes we try so hard to find something "out
there" that we look past the most obvious things that are right at hand. In
those cases, the road to peace may just lie in not trying so hard!
